Following its success in Miami, the design signature of Armani/Casa returns to sunny Florida, this time to Pompano Beach. It is here, at 1550 North Ocean Boulevard, that a new residential complex is taking shape, marking the brand’s third project in the US. It consists of two elegant 19-storey towers that will offer just 28 residences, with each unit occupying an entire floor for absolute privacy.
Giorgio Armani himself described this project as one of the most exclusive he has ever undertaken, inspired by the seamless integration of architecture, nature, and the ocean. This vision is reflected in every detail. The interiors bear the signature Armani/Casa touch: quiet luxury, harmony, and monochromatic palettes that allow the most important feature to take centre stage – the panoramic 360-degree views of the Atlantic and the city. A sense of freedom is enhanced by three-metre-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and expansive wraparound terraces that elegantly connect the indoor and outdoor worlds. The luxurious standard is completed by kitchens with European quartz countertops and custom Armani/Casa cabinetry, and master bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes by Molteni Dada.
The residences are surrounded by a private park designed by West 8, which extends all the way to a private beach. Residents have access to a wide range of first-class amenities that define a modern luxury lifestyle. They can enjoy two swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a spa with a sauna and steam room, a private lounge, a media room with a golf simulator, and a business lounge. A 24-hour concierge service, charging stations for electric vehicles, and two to three parking spaces for each residence are, of course, a given.
