In addition to fishing and cargo ships, ferries regularly depart from here, carrying tourists to the Scandinavian Peninsula.

We, however, stay on land and head to the restaurant Biały Królik for a sensory experience. Here, traditional Polish cuisine meets refined aesthetics, offering a fusion of bold flavors and visual delights. Be assured, they don’t just serve meals — they deliver a complete artistic experience, blending creativity with culinary mastery. You ca n choose from an eight- or twelve-course tasting menu paired with Polish spirits, each dish a masterpiece in its own right.

Located in a romantic palace that also houses a hotel, the Quadrille Relais & Châteaux offers the chance to stay overnight. Strolling along the pedestrian zone of Bohaterów Monte Cassino, the heart of Sopot, we reach the square. Here, we enjoy the soothing sound of waves and the salty notes of the sea breeze mingling with the aromas of local specialties.

We don’t hesitate long and head to L’Entre Villes, a restaurant awarded a Michelin star for 2024. Chef Sławomir Hahn creates European cuisine with a focus on local ingredients, showcasing the best of the region. The menu features dishes like duck breast and cod prepared with tomato sauce, each bursting with flavor. Regular wine-paired tasting dinners offer unforgettable gastronomic experiences in an elegant setting, perfect for special occasions.

For complete relaxation of body and mind, the nearby Thera Wellness provides a modern spa concept. It includes relaxing massages, beauty treatments, and therapies for both body and soul. We conclude our culinary journey through the Tri-City in Gdańsk, where the streets exude the charm of centuries past. At Artus Court, the representative seat of merchant guilds, we recall the concept of the legendary Knights of the Round Table. The history of this building dates back to the mid-14th century, and it was once a vital center of social and commercial life, reflecting the city’s rich heritage. In a picturesque corner of the old town, we discover the Michelin-starred restaurant Piwna 47.

We order baked sea bass, and while savoring every bite, we admire the cozy, castle-like interior. The chef crafts each dish from top-quality fresh ingredients, with the menu changing seasonally to highlight the best flavors. Nearby, the Amber Museum showcases what is known as Baltic gold. The amber trade has been crucial to Gdańsk since the Middle Ages, and its craftsmanship remains an important part of the local economy and cultural identity. The extensive exhibition documents the history, properties, and extraction of this precious material, including its transformation into beautiful objects that captivate visitors.
