The end of the year at The Monkey Bar? The urban jungle entices with oysters, bottomless champagne, festive menus, and extravagant New Year’s Eve masks.
The pulsating heart of the Falkensteiner Hotel Prague, The Monkey Bar, is turning December into a magical experience. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, both a festive brunch and dinner are served. The afternoon option is a lavish all-you-can-eat menu , complemented by bottomless cocktails like Mimosas or Cherry Bellinis and live music. For true hedonists, bottomless champagne is also available.
The evening Jungle XMAS Dinner, which starts at 6 pm, is orchestrated by Chef Jakub Vyškovský. The menu is paired with wines and cocktails. Christmas Eve will feature poached oysters and Beef Wellington , while the 25th of December will star sea bream carpaccio and Wiener Schnitzel. Live piano and vocals will provide the atmosphere.
The finale will be the Night Jungle NYE Party. This promises a mysterious night full of extravagant masks in the spirit of the Filipino Masskara and Sugarlandia festivals. Here, guests won’t have to choose: bottomless champagne, signature cocktails, live cooking with sushi and oysters, and a rich buffet are all available. A DJ duo will guide the evening, complete with a laser show.
