Almond has long been one of the ingredients intrinsically linked to L’Occitane en Provence. With the new generation of Amande Sublime body care, traditional Provençal inspiration meets a modern approach to skincare for the body. The result is a ritual focused not only on hydration and nourishment, but also on skin texture, suppleness and overall appearance.
At the heart of the ritual are two products with distinct yet complementary benefits: Amande Sublime Resurfacing Body Serum and Amande Sublime Firming Body Oil.
SERUM IS NO LONGER JUST FOR THE FACE
The Amande Sublime Resurfacing Body Serum brings the principles of targeted facial skincare to the entire body. Its formula contains 5% exfoliating AHAs, prickly pear extract and hyaluronic acid, combining exfoliation and hydration while helping to support the skin’s natural barrier.
The serum targets six visible skin concerns: strawberry skin, post-acne marks, uneven texture, ingrown hairs, clogged pores and fine lines caused by dehydration. Its lightweight gel texture absorbs quickly, leaving the skin smoother, plumper and more radiant. The formula contains 94% ingredients of natural origin.
According to the brand’s consumer test, 89% of participants said their skin felt smoother immediately after application, while after one month, 84% reported a more even skin texture. A clinical assessment conducted on 45 volunteers after 28 days showed a 28% reduction in visible imperfections.
ALMOND OIL TAKES CENTRE STAGE
The second step in the ritual is the Amande Sublime Firming Body Oil, formulated with 50% almond oil. Its rich yet delicate texture intensely nourishes the skin, leaving it soft, supple and velvety smooth. The sensorial experience is completed by the signature scent of warm almonds and vanilla.
The brand also highlights the oil’s ability to support skin suppleness and help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. L’Occitane sources almonds from growers in the South of France, among others, helping to support the return of almond trees to the traditional Provençal landscape.
