Spring Renewal at Chateau Mcely

Chateau Mcely welcomes spring with the launch of a new year-round project that elegantly connects luxury wellness experiences with the natural cycles of nature. Wreath of the Year debuted with the spring equinox and offers a sophisticated approach to rejuvenation for anyone seeking an escape from daily hustle.

The entire concept is built around four seasonal stops, each bringing a unique combination of spa rituals, gourmet experiences, and wellness activities. At the heart of the spring edition titled Spring Thaw is a 150-minute spa ritual priced at 5,990 CZK, focused on detoxification and energy renewal after the winter period. The procedure begins with thorough dry brushing to remove dead skin cells, continues with a special anti-cellulite massage featuring effective maderotherapy, follows with a lymphatic facial massage and peeling enriched with precious garnet, and concludes with a relaxing head massage using St. John’s wort oil. The ritual is designed to activate the lymphatic system and promote overall body detoxification.

When Spring Satisfies the Palate

The gastronomic component features a special spring menu available until June 21st. The three-course option for 1,650 CZK includes an herbal pancake made from buckwheat flour with marinated sea bass, millet stuffing with nettles, buffalo mozzarella and roasted pepper cream, and for a sweet finale, a delicate daisy foam with lemon baked cream. The signature “Spring” cocktail (395 CZK) perfectly complements the menu with a refreshing combination of cucumber, grapefruit, matcha, juniper, and herbs, which guests can also enjoy in a non-alcoholic version.

For the spring season, Chateau Mcely has also prepared a special Easter program. From April 17th to 20th, a holiday menu featuring Easter stuffing with red onion marmalade, veal tenderloin with truffle sauce, and an original dessert inspired by Easter symbolism is available. For Easter Monday, April 21st, an exclusive four-course menu for 1,690 CZK has been prepared, featuring roasted foie gras, lemon and thyme sorbet, slow-roasted lamb knuckle or royal sea bream, and a baked apple dessert with burnt egg yolk foam.

The Wreath of the Year concept is complemented by yoga and meditation retreats led by experienced instructors and walks in the castle park and surrounding St. George’s Forest. For those who wish to continue their self-care after returning home, online yoga sequences and audio meditations are available. Chateau Mcely thus offers a comprehensive path to regeneration and finding balance through connection with nature’s rhythms, all in an environment of exceptional luxury and attention to detail.
