Christmastime is full of wishes. After years in the banking sector, she herself felt she was stagnating and lacked room for growth. So, in 2016, she left the security of employment and went freelance. “I was attracted not only by greater freedom, but above all by the opportunity to further my education and manage my work on my own terms,” she explains. This step opened the door to a profession where she could fully utilise her talent for business, strategic thinking, and working with people. Then, in 2023, she added real estate to her financial services. “Creating property presentations, communicating with clients, and the ability to see around the corner – it all just makes sense to me,” she says. The combination of finance and real estate proved to be a stroke of genius.
Today, she offers clients a comprehensive service under one roof, from selling a property and securing a mortgage to long-term financial planning. “Having one person who oversees everything brings not only greater peace of mind, but above all, saves time and energy,” she adds.
Although many things can be handled online these days, Hana Beladová relies on a personal approach in her profession. “I build client relationships on in-person meetings, genuine interest, and the art of listening,” she stresses. Finance and real estate are sensitive topics, which is why trust and discretion are the absolute foundation of her work. Despite currently managing the finances of 150 families, she strives to make each one feel as if they are her only client.
