The interior utilises materials key to the production of The Macallan whisky – oak, copper, leather, glass, and lighting accents. Every detail references the precise distillation process and maturation in sherry-seasoned oak casks, which give this whisky its unmistakable colour and depth.
The Macallan Room is not just about tasting; it is about discovery. Guests can enjoy a curated collection of rare and iconic bottles. The offer includes limited editions such as the tea-inspired Harmony Collection, A Night on Earth, and Classic Cut. A true jewel in the crown is the presentation of the prestigious The Macallan M Collection.
The tasting experience is elevated to an art form thanks to a special service. Whisky is presented via The Macallan Serving Tray—a haptic installation composed of the brand’s five key materials, accompanied by an exclusive serving ritual. For those seeking something other than neat whisky, three signature cocktails created exclusively for the Fairmont Golden Prague are available.
With a capacity of just 6 guests, the space guarantees maximum privacy and is available for private hire for tastings or Masterclasses.
