Prague has welcomed a new fashion destination. French fashion house Mimaussy has opened its first boutique in the Czech Republic at the historic Savarin Palace on Na Příkopě Street, bringing together Lyon’s rich artisanal heritage with a contemporary vision of feminine elegance. More than the unveiling of a new collection, the opening marks the brand’s ambition to establish itself among the capital’s leading luxury fashion houses.
Behind the brand is designer and Creative Director Elena Arseneva, who founded Mimaussy in Lyon—a city renowned for centuries as the heart of France’s silk-making tradition. Drawing inspiration from historical fashion, she reinterprets timeless silhouettes for the modern woman’s wardrobe. Precision tailoring, exceptional fabrics and meticulous attention to detail define every collection. Rather than following fleeting trends, Mimaussy celebrates enduring elegance, femininity and craftsmanship.
The new boutique has found its home within Savarin Palace, one of Prague’s most distinguished historic landmarks. Following an extensive restoration led by developer Crestyl, the Baroque palace has regained its former splendour while evolving into a sophisticated destination where heritage seamlessly meets contemporary luxury. It is a setting that perfectly reflects the philosophy behind Mimaussy.
The opening evening welcomed distinguished guests from the worlds of fashion, design and culture. A runway presentation introduced selected pieces from the latest collection, showcasing the brand’s signature feminine silhouettes, refined detailing and impeccable proportions. The looks were complemented by jewellery from Messika.

The boutique is now open to the public at Na Příkopě 10 (Prague1), inviting visitors to discover the latest collections and step into the world of contemporary French elegance.
