Britain’s leading tour operator, British Airways Holidays, awards its Customer Excellence Award to only the top 8% of hotels worldwide. This year, five resorts from the Atmosphere Core portfolio received the accolade — the decision made entirely by guests themselves.
Some awards are decided by expert panels. Others are determined by real guests — people who paid for their holiday and then shared their experience. The British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award belongs firmly in the second category.
This year, five resorts from Atmosphere Core — which operates nine island resorts of varying styles and characters across the Maldives — received the prestigious recognition. The awards spanned two of the group’s brands, confirming that a high standard of service is not tied to a single resort or a single type of holiday.
