Tuscany is not merely a landscape. It is a way of perceiving the world — where cypress trees stand as silent punctuation on the hillsides and the air carries resin, salt, and stillness long after the sun has disappeared beyond the horizon. Roberto Cavalli has captured this essence in its new fragrance Marbleous Cypress, the fourth addition to the Gold Collection.
The olfactory composition moves between two worlds. It opens with the freshness of grapefruit and Italian bergamot, delicately spiced with nutmeg — light, air, morning cool. It gradually unfolds into the green heart of cypress, the clarity of jasmine, and the velvet fullness of gardenia. The foundation on which everything settles is built from cedarwood, vetiver, sandalwood, and juniper berries — a layered, warm depth of wood and skin. The result is a fragrance that feels not like a list of ingredients, but like a moment: the silence after a storm, a forest path opening onto the sea.
Behind the composition is master perfumer Sophie Labbé, who grounded her work in a single, precise vision — the quiet embrace of nature at the moment a space grows still.
The bottle itself is a design statement. An emerald green marble motif with metallic gold veining references traditional Florentine craftsmanship, while the heraldic cap continues the aesthetic of the Gold Collection. A gold label with fresh white trim sets Marbleous Cypress apart from the other fragrances in the series.
Roberto Cavalli Marbleous Cypress Eau de Parfum, 100 ml, is available from May 2026 exclusively at Marionnaud perfumeries, priced at 6,400 CZK.
